This position is critical to sustaining the growth and momentum of thebrand and amplifying its heritage in luxury botanical Skincare and its ambitionto raise awareness globally across PAID, OWNED and EARNED media channels.
Hand in hand with Marketing and Communication Director, the candidatemust develop the strategic vision for brand communications and cascade thestrategy for the Brand to global markets.
The Consumer Marketing role will manageDARPHIN Paris overall marketing activities with strong focus on global socialmedia initiatives, communication and 360° marketing strategies with the keypurpose to tell the brand story and drive brand awareness, engagement, referraland advocacy.
The role is including of traditional and digital PR, influencers, socialmedia and paid media.
* Duties & Responsibilities: *
- In conjunction with key stakeholders across the cross-functional team& external partners, support the development of 360° marketing plans toincrease awareness, recruit consumers and retain loyal one to ultimately drivesales
Provide best-in-class strategicrecommendations, content, and first-to-market media opportunities to positionDARPHIN Paris as a key social actor on luxury botanical brands.
Oversight and review of all earned branded content, and calendaring(inclusive of content briefing)
Strategize and developa more comprehensive press strategy to creatively support darphin.com (as thisis one of the brands most profitable doors with exponential growth and PRpotential).
- Manage overallsocial media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Weibo…): vision,editorial line, content creation, and community management (with communitymanager)
Work closely with Marketing Director and Creative team to develop socialmedia and content calendar for the brand and execute against it
- Serve as a liaison in any social media executions with affiliatesworld-wide. As part hereof manage communication of campaigns/programs and helpprovide guidance to implement locally.
Stay up-to-date on new social media tools and best practices; monitor competitorsand other social media leaders to see how they are using them to be the earlyadopter of technologies.
Generate metrics reports using standardized tools and craft analysesbased on the data; assist in developing related recommendations.
Based on understanding of the changing digital influencers landscape, creates new and exciting PR opportunities to enhance brand image
Development long-term global influencers’ strategy and relationship for DARPHIN Paris
Maps out and documentsthe needs and interests of traditional media editors, as well as relevantdigital influencers; tailors brand stories and engages influencers accordinglyto specific context / preferences
In line with the annual PR roadmap,secures with affiliates all traditional and non-traditional non-paid brandmedia placements with radio, TV, newspaper, magazines and online; organizesrelevant press mailings, events and one on one presentations
Identifyand execute the brand’s digital influencer/consumer advocate strategy for"always on" activities (e.g., meet-ups, mailings) and campaigns(e.g., paid packages)
Conceptualize additional activationsto generate tons of digital influencer/consumer advocate love and brand buzz
Work with regional stakeholders onmarket-specific influencer initiatives
- Monitor all social platforms(specifically Instagram) on a regular basis
Proactivelymonitor and track social conversations to get ahead of the next "bigidea"!
Ensures available consumer, retail shopper data are appropriatelyanalysed and used for marketing decision
- Position requires 5 years’ in social and digital positions.
Digital and social savvywith a passion for digital innovation
Demonstrated ability tobuild and execute social/digital campaigns
Agencies background is aplus
Ideally strong experiencein a luxury company
Strong organizationalskills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independentlyand follow through
Creative and proactiveproblem solver
Exceptional project andanalytical skills with experience in social and digital analytics (e.g.coremetrics, google analytics, brandwatch, social baker, popularchips andsocial platform analytics)
Good leadership skills towork close with Regional/local partners and PR agencies.
