Managesproduct portfolio per retailer & door type
Buildslaunch plans, adapting global plan to local plan and presents them tosalesforce
Monitors product related visual assets and master data
Sets prices according to regional and global policies
Builds volume forecasts per SKU, including all promotionalitems. Reconciliation between forecast and demand planning. Works closely withSupply Chain and Demand Planning to monitor stocks; proposes mitigation actionsin case of availability or excess issues
Monthlyreport and follow up of gross sales (with Demand planning & Finance)
Monthly report and follow up on retail sales (per retailer,per door, per key category, …)
Daily contact with EMEA including all EMEA reporting
Responsible for all Visual Merchandising implementation& monitoring
Derives the marketing plan into a detailed animation andpromotional plan by Retailer, including product launches and special events andpresents to retailers
Plans and monitors budget for promotional and Trade materialand Follow up of trade budgets (coop)
Briefs and monitors execution of all trade activities (timing, quality, cost) with retailers
Keeps aware of Retailer expectations and opportunities
Drives innovation and continuous improvement on TradeMarketing for the brand
Measures performance of Trade Marketing actions and strivesfor spend optimization
Works closely with the KAM and E-KAM, CAM’s to benefit fromlatest best practices, in particular on Connectivity and Digital capabilityintegration
The candidate holds a university degree
Entrepreneur & initiative taker with an operational mindset
Excellent written and spoken communications in Dutch, English and French
3 to 5 years marketing experience in a consumer driven environment.
Preferably, this experience has been acquired in the cosmetics & beauty products and/or the luxury industry.
Analytical, autonomous team-player, excellent communication & presentation skills.
