Stage - Ingénieur développement - EMEA

The Process Development Engineer combines the role in Supply Chain and Project Management. He or she will undergo a training designed to quickly familiarize with the work environment. One of the managers of the Regional Demand Planning Team will the coach for the duration of the internship.

  • Will report the Newness Post-launch & Pre-launch trackers & update data for the forecast files.

  • In charge of root cause analysis of monthly Demand Planning KPIs and data analysis.

  • Leads the data load in SAP through an Excel interface to develop and improve current ways of working.

  • Daily use of Excel tools and improve ways of working by focusing on development & harmonization.

  • Develops Tool User Guides for new technology and ways of working.

  • Lead an improvement project on a Demand Planning process.

  • Learn a methodology for improving existing processes, from the analysis to the recommendation of a solution and the implementation.

  • In charge of the overall project management or be integrated into a larger supply chain project, in which case you will represent the Demand Planning group in the project team.

  • Availability from October 2019 (or as soon as possible) for a duration of 12 months for an apprenticeship or min. 6 months for an internship.

  • Student of engineering, business school, Data Science, Programming or 3rd cycle with supply chain specialization.

  • Strong knowledge and use of Excel VBA and Data Management. Knowledge of Access and SAP is a plus.

  • Communication and knowledge of the English vocabulary.

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on mentality.

  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to successfully prioritize deadlines and manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously.

  • Ability to use your methodological and educational skills to strategically improve ways of working.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
