Stage - Assistant marketing digital Smashbow, BB, GG - EMEA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

DEVELOP CONTENT MARKETING STRATEGY

Manage and challenge the socialmedia calendar across all platforms for all EMEA Markets

Manage regular contentcreation with local consumer engagement & EMEA teams

Manage any local contentshoots with appropriate stakeholders

Partner with Global andaffiliates on specific key festive activation and local events

DEVELOP STRONG WORKINGRELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL TEAMS

Lead and support the affiliates to identify content and assets toachieve social media and influencers objectives

Liaise with local affiliates to help cascade / implement relevantinitiatives for local markets

INSTAGRAM

Lead the launch of the localInstagram channels in EMEA

Ensure we have a locallyrelevant content strategy in place for the region ensuring all brand activityis supported to engage and deepen consumer relationships.

Ensure all necessary contentis promoted

Ensure the influencerscollaboration for an always on content strategy

Ensure Global programs areleveraged for market which don’t have local handles.

Ensure that all appropriatebrand activity is supported by geo-targeted posts on facebook e.g. Newlaunches, events, new doors, sampling campaigns etc.

Ensure posts are published atthe most appropriate time

Work with EMEA ConsumerEngagement Coordinator to integrate a strong Paid Media strategy choosing thecorrect ad format and targeting at all times with constant efficiencyoptimisation.

Work with markets to ensurean always on approach to social post promotion.

Work closely with markets andSenior Education Artists to ensure local content is executed across as manychannels as possible

ANALYSIS & REPORTING

Develop reports / analytics as required to drive further strategy andachieve our yearly kpi’s

Synthesize key analytics and leanings into digestible reports for seniormanagement (Das14, Denstu, KCI, CRM)

Providing measurement, evaluation & recommendations for futurestrategies / activity based upon performance

Stay up to date on new monitoring tools

SOCIAL LISTENING

Identify issues, patterns & trends in local consumers comments &share information with the brand as relevant E.G. Product development ideas, distributionenquiries, trending topics/concerns/sensitivities, user generated content etc.

COMPETITOR TRACKING

Develop the competitive analysis report focusing on brands demonstratingbest practice within social media, including SBX, GG & Bb’s key competitorsand brands outside of the beauty industry.

STRATEGY

Support consumer engagement coordinator in operational daily requestsfrom the affiliates & in preparing presentations for strategic meetings.

TRENDS

Remain ahead of digital, instore, social trends to explore new social mediaopportunities & develop database of influencers.

THEIDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

  • Be highly engaged with digital, social media and influencer on a dailybasis and passionate about staying ahead of the game with regards to socialmedia and new technologies.

  • Have experience in the Beauty/Fashion area or experience in a serviceindustry.

  • Thrive in a fast paced environment, able to juggle multiple projects andwork to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a superb eye for detail.

  • Have excellent communication skills (English mandatory), both verbal andwritten and specifically have a high level of grammatical accuracy with writtencommunication.

  • Be able to demonstrate excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook,Word, Excel and PowerPoint all essential)

  • Be educated to degree level or above.

  • Have an eye for content creation and a very premium taste level ofartistic visual execution

  • Have a strong beauty/fashion influencer expertise or background

  • Have at least 1 year relevant digitalexperience
