Sales and Education Executive - Tom Ford Beauty, Aramis & Designer Fragrances and GlamGlow Travel Retail EMEA (Covering Europe South - based France)

An excitingopportunity has arisen for a Sales & Education Executive to joinTom FordBeauty, Aramis and Designer Fragrances and GlamGlowTravel Retail Europe, Middle East & Africa to covertheir business in Europe South. This role will report to the Area Sales andOperations Manager, Europe South and will be responsible for airports acrossthe region including France and Belgium. The geography may change depending onbusiness expansion.The role will be field based within close proximityto the main airport of the area, Roissy Charles De Gaulle.

The role willbe responsible for driving retail sales and the total management of theoperations in the designated area. This will be achieved through therecruitment, coaching, education, development and motivation of point of saleretail employees and the generic staff at the airports.

Candidatesshould have a proven track record in the successful achievement of field salestargets within a Luxury retail environment, with experience working in TravelRetail being a distinct benefit. It also requires a strong background ineducation/training and multi-site people management. Experience of opening newstores would be an advantage.

TravelRetail is a fast paced, pressurised, entrepreneurial environment and candidatesshould have a positive, flexible, self-motivated and committed approach.Excellent communication and leadership skillscombined with strong commercial awareness and business acumen are required.Proficient English language is essential. Travel from home to visit accounts isalso expected up to four days a week.
