Internship - Regional demand planning assistant - EMEA

Responsibilities :

Located in our headquarters in Paris(Neuilly-sur-Seine),you’llbe reporting to a Regional Demand Planning Lead and you’ll be working with theregional and market-based brand teams in our region. Your role will involve 2areas:

1- Produce an accurate sales forecast for one brand from our portfolio:

  • Produce and maintain the forecast of New ProductLaunches in collaboration with both regional and affiliate Marketing

  • Conduct monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicators) analysisto identify root causes of forecast variance and undertake corrective actions

  • Collaborate with our statistical provider to cleanhistorical events and improve accuracy

  • Manage master data to reflect life cycles of theproducts

  • Maintain the usage plan of promotional items incollaboration with affiliate marketing teams

  • Support the Regional Demand Planning Lead on S&OPmeetings preparation2- Process improvement: Deploy a NPL forecasting tool and process on thebrand

Requirements :

  • Student of engineering or business school, or 3rd cycle withsupply chain specialization.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellentproblem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in independently andin a multicultural environment.

  • Strong Excel Skill. Familiarity with Access or SAP would be a plus.

  • Mustbe fully proficient in English, able to follow English-language meetings andphone call.
