Sales Manager Benelux M.A.C Cosmetics

Estée Lauder Companies islooking for its MAC Cosmetics Division for a Sales Manager Benelux.

  • Develop the business by increasing sales while maintaining the quality of the M.A.C customer service at its best:

  • Elaborate and implements the Retail strategy in coordination with the Brand Manager and the other Departments

  • Ensure the quality of execution at Retail: quality of customer service, quality of operations

  • Work at store level to identify business needs and create strategies to drive the business (collection launches, store events, challenges, merchandising)

  • Provide detailed analysis and information to Brand Manager to support business decisions and planning

  • Provide timely analysis and reports outlining market performance, challenges and opportunities

  • Lead and manage the team of Area Retail Managers and Retail Managers.

  • Prepare and conduct regular team meetings.

  • Lead Operations (inventory levels, staffing, operating conditions,…)

  • Follow-up with retail partners

  • Inspirational leader – public speaking skills

  • Digital/transformation minded

  • Strong affinity with social media (influencers, vloggers, bloggers,..)

  • Experience as a Sales Manager in a Retail environment

  • Management and leadership experience in a Retail environment essential

  • Customer service oriented. Understands business opportunities

  • Proven exceptional ability in driving sales by managing and motivating the field teams

  • Demonstrated ability to implement clear and effective action plans

  • Ability to write reports, compute and analyze data

  • Proven ability to provide guidance, instruction and training

  • Proficiency in the Dutch and English language, written and spoken. Additional languages will be viewed as an asset.
