The Estée Lauder Companies - Benelux Affiliate Fragrance Grouping represents High-end/Luxury/Life Style Brands with a portfolio of fragrances such as Tom Ford, Jo Malone London, Michael Kors, Kilian, DKNY, Tommy Hilfiger,..

Offering a great opportunity to join the team as Consumer Engagement Manager to developthe social / digital part of the marketing plan and drive media campaigns execution on these great brands.

You will develop and implement a seamless consumer event calendar in all retail touchpoints off- and online and manage CRM for counters and retailers in close collaboration with Trade Marketing.

Short a diverse role in brands, responsibilities and channels.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the social / digital expert for the brands in the affiliate, liaising with Affiliate Social / Digital manager, Online and Data Analytics

  • Act as the social / digital expert for the brands in the affiliate, liaising with Affiliate Social / Digital manager, Online and Data Analytics

  • Keep up-to-date on latest social / digital best practices and tips

  • Propose disruptive ideas on how to increase the brand’s visibility online

  • Develop the social / digital part of the marketing plan, and drive execution

  • Drive the 360° marketing plan into an integrated social / digital / retail marketing calendar

  • Define and plan event calendar for top doors in collaboration with Retail team

  • Present plan and results during Counter Manager Meeting and Marketing Team Meeting

  • In charge of social / digital marketing budget allocation, update and monitoring

  • Work closely with the Online team and external advertising agency to ensure synchronized consumer communication

  • Work with key external partners (Facebook, Google), building partnerships, in coordination with the Digital Commerce and Marketing team

  • Localize and plan social media content and runs social media campaigns

  • Buy social media promotional advertising (through advertising agency)

  • Answer questions and comments from community members in a timely manner

  • Acts as the social media listener for the brand

  • Regularly share qualitative consumer feedback summaries with Marketing teams

  • Perform quantitative analysis on brand’s social / digital media performance

  • Drive the relationship with micro-influencers (amateur bloggers), organize retail social and consumer events

  • Coordinate with Corporate PR on all influencer / editor / brand events

  • Provide product information (translations) and product imagery for new launches on retailer.com

  • Assess brand presence on brand.com and retailer.com on monthly basis with Corporate online team

Qualifications

Professional

  • College/University graduate or equivalent

  • A strong person with Good analyticalskills, a strategic vision and results oriented.

  • Excellent writing & verbalcommunication skills.

  • Huge passion and interest in beauty and indigital/Social media.

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience inconsumer Marketing & Expertise in digital (Mandatory)

  • Relevant Experience in digital Agency, cosmetics,fashion and/or retail is a strong asset

  • Trilingual: Dutch, French and English
