As a project manager, you will be in charge of:
Creating and updating the timeline of each project in coordination withall departments Marketing, R&D, packaging, purchasing, production, etc.
Develop newlaunch timelines in Timeline Management System (TLM) ensuring consensus ofmilestone dates from respective business units including Marketing, Packaging,R&D, Product Development, Creative, New Product Purchasing/GSR, Demand Planningand Manufacturing.
Resolve alltimeline issues and negotiate with appropriate department and develop tacticalplans when missed due dates occur to bring project back on track. Alsonotifying management of critical issues and next steps.
Systematically ensuring all milestone dates are monitored and maintained on a weekly basis to reflect project status:
Participate PPD meetings to review Marketing programs.
Lead program review meetings with manufacturing operation teams.
Participate in senior PPD meetings to bring project risks, next actions steps and decisions required by Senior Management.
Responsible for the integrity of the SAP master data of each project
Coordination with Product Data Manager Team (PDM) to make sure that SAP master data of the brand are correctly set up and updated (SAP products codes, BOM, markets extension).
Coordination with Global Brand Demand Planning to insure that market forecasts are aligned with financial Plans.
Liaise with Production Planning and Material Management to get new products manufactured and delivered on time to the primary distribution center according to the Global Marketing calendar of the brand.
Inform the markets of the new launches availability dates.
Identify and implement contingency plans as required in agreement with the GSBC director.
Supply Chain Management
Manage inventory and product life cycle with Master Data and Manufacturing teams according to corporate KPIs (service level, E&O, inventory level, COGs)
Coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, and Packaging and planning teams on all Reformulations, Repackaging, and production transfers.
Monthly roll out Supply Chain information to all markets.
Position requires minimum of 2 years of experience in cosmetics or related industry.
Must be an excellent team player with strong analytical and communication skills.
Excellent follow up and organizational skills required.
Must possess the ability to multi-task, establish priorities and yet be flexible in an ever-changing environment.
Ability to use computer systems necessary to meet department objectives including Excel and SAP.
French and English speaker.
